Fashion, and cocktails, and beautiful people, Oh my!  Located in the newly-chic neighborhood of Las Canitas, Soul Café is the hipster leader.  An all-star line-up on the menu features a sushi bar and the home run hitter--the Lomo Welsh: twin 4 oz. bife de lomos perched on monster homefries, smothered in a creamy cheese sauce.  It is quite possibly the best meal in the city for carnivores.  An eclectic mix of live and DJ music: at one time or another you can see African drums, bossa nova, and rock live, or listen to DJs spin hip-hop, funk, and rock.  Lots of fun, good looking people, and extremely trendy.  No cover, but on weekends 20 peso minimum consumption is required.
